The large interior features high ceilings that maximise the sense of space. There are two sets of dining areas and lounges. The first set, with an open-plan setup featuring the formal lounge and dining area, leads out to the outdoor terrace, with lovely mountain views. The lounge, with a fireplace, has seating for 8 while the dining area seats 10. The terrace features lounge furniture for 4 with a large umbrella and leads out to the garden with a massive lawn, fringed by lines of luscious trees and featuring a trampoline. The second set features another open-plan arrangement including the kitchen, dining area and lounge, which is a TV room, leading out to the pool area. This dining area has seating for 6 while the TV room with a flat-screen TV seats 6. Along with the TV, there is a DStv bouquet and DVD player. A gorgeous flat garden surrounds the pool. Out here, there are additionally 2 loungers, a shaded lounge area seating 4, hammock, dining area seating 8 and a gas barbeque. A separate study room is available, leading to the terrace. Upstairs, there is additionally a cinema room with a large pull-down screen, DStv channels, DVD player, sofas and beanbags.
The master bedroom with mountain views is en suite with a bath and large shower. This room includes a king-size bed, fireplace, a separate dressing room and opens out onto the terrace. The second bedroom with garden views has twin bedrooms. The third bedroom, with twin beds and views of the garden as well, leads out to the terrace. The fourth bedroom, with views of the pool, has a double bed. The second, third and fourth bedrooms share access to a separate bathroom that includes a bath and shower. The fifth bedroom, leading off from the kitchen, has pool views, a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a bath and shower.
Additional features of Valley Walk include wireless internet and under-floor heating. A guest toilet is available. For security, there is an alarm, intercom system, electric fencing and guard opposite the entrance. Included in the accommodation package is a housekeeper who operates from Monday to Friday. Live-in staff are available as well as a pool service. Please note that there are child safety issues due to the open pool and steps. Off-street parking is available. A variety of restaurants, cafés and bars are within a short drive from Valley Walk. Furthermore, the beaches of Muizenberg are around a 15-minute drive away.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.

A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.

Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.

If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.

Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
