This is a modern, very secure 4 bedroom house situated in the leafy suburb of Upper Claremont, bordering Bishops Court and Constantia.
 
The property is situated in the Elizabeth Anne Estate and is one of four homes on the estate. The estate has state of the art security. Electric gates, electric fencing, beams in garden, and 20 camera’s around the estate, with 2 monitors in each home, as well as Verifier (off site monitoring, which is linked to ADT).

The main bedroom has an extra length king size bed. It has a large bathroom with freestanding bath and double shower. The guest bedroom has an extra length queen size bed. There is a large bathroom with a double shower. The two kids bedrooms share a bathroom between the rooms. Each kids room is equipped with bunk beds. Bathroom has a bath and shower.

There is a large living area that is open to the TV room, kitchen and patio area. Every room in the house including dining room and lounge has built in air con. The house is newly modelled and decorated. All the trimmings and furniture are recently new.

The kitchen is open plan to the living area. It has all the new trimmings and fully equipped. It has a gas hob, electric stove, and freezer in scullery. There is housekeeping twice a week.

The patio has a built in braai, as well as free standing gas and wood burning braai outside. This patio area is great for entertainment. The pool has a pool net and there is a protecta-child fence, which we can have constructed depending on necessity and length of stay. There is a kids play area in the garden with a jungle gym.

There us a garage for two cars. There is also off street parking for one guest car. The house is situated near Kirstenbosch Gardens, Cavendish shopping centre and 3 km from the start of the Constantia Wine route.

Cancellation Policy

- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point. A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
